State Sales Tax 
Sales tax is collected from merchandise sold to California (7.75%), Illinois (6.25%) or New Jersey (7.0%). 

Shipping Availability
Merchandise is only available for shipping within the continental United States. There will be an extra fee added to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada & Virgin Islands.

Shipping Time
Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is to the curb only & is available in the Continental USA. You will be responsible for getting package off truck. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands for an upcharge. Upcharge fees are as follows, TO Alaska, Hawaii & Canada $100 upcharge To Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands $200. If you feel you will need help getting the shed off the truck we strongly recommend upgrading shipping to a liftgate or a Place where you want it service. There are also upcharges for Lift Gate and Place where you want it service.

Damaged Merchandise
If merchandise is damaged, indicate "damaged" on the paperwork, refuse at time of delivery, then call 1-800-851-1085 to re-enter order. 

Returns
All sales on clearance items are final. NO goods can be returned without prior authorization. All claims must be made upon receipt of goods. No goods will be taken back or allowance given, if goods are made unusable. Please obtain a RMA from Customer Service at 1-800-851-1085 Press 1.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply to returned items. The restocking fee is 20% of the purchased item plus the outbound shipping. The Customer is responsible for the shipping back to our warehouse. If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for all fees & penalties including return shipping which Arrow Sheds incurs.

Promo Codes
Promo Codes can not be added to any order that has already been placed. Promo Codes can be changed, added, or deleted at anytime without prior notice.
